Rates are shown per week. A minimum stay
period of 1 week (7 days) applies.
The minimum stay during December Peak Season
is 3 weeks (21 days).
Full payment must be received by us at least
4 weeks prior to arrival.
Linen, bedding, bath and beach towels provided.
Please contact the owner to discuss suitability
for younger children.
Domestic worker: Able to bring own domestic worker/s, or a maid service can be arranged at an additional cost.
No smoking. No pets allowed.
PEAK SEASON:
Mid December to Mid January
- R106,400.00 per week
MID SEASON:
Mid January to End May (incl Easter)
- R70,700.00 per week
1 October to Mid December
- R70,700.00 per week
LOW SEASON:
1 June to End September
- R46,900.00 per week
DEPOSIT:
A 50% deposit is required to secure bookings.
Full payment must be received by us at least 4 weeks prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION:
In the event of cancellation, the following cancellation fees shall apply on the full booking:
0 - 7 days prior to arrival - 100% Cancellation Fee
7 - 14 days prior to arrival - 75% Cancellation Fee
14 - 30 days prior to arrival - 50% Cancellation Fee
30 - 60 days prior to arrival - 30% Cancellation Fee
Prior to 60 days a Full Refund of the Deposit
